Some states post their Health Department Score at the main door or at the cash register of stores, restaurants and hotels.
Many years ago I was associated with a hotel in Arkansas and we were proud to show off our A rating.
If I remember correctly the scores ranged from A to C.
In defense of reatuarants and hotels alike it does take a real team effort to stay on the good side of these unannounced inspections.
