Actually part of their "enhanced business model" includes more nickel and diming people. Now everyone must check in at a kiosk, and if you want to speak with an agent at the ticket counter it will cost $10.00 per person. Just as an FYI, the agents are encourged to sell sell sell as everyone gets a cut of the $$$$$$ from all fo the extra fees.
