That you eat at home. Maybe you do it all the time. Thankfully for restaurant owners, the business owners who supply them, and taxing authorities, most people go out once in awhile. A lot of people like to take a break from home cooking and go out. I do it once a week, and I expect a lot better service than what happened to the OP. Even if I stayed at home, I would hope that the people who do go out have a better experience.
