I placed 1300 orders at amazon last year, and over 500 so far this year. I haven't had any canceled because it was a hot item. The other stores where I shop are the same. If I order it, I get it. Otherwise I wouldn't shop there, and I would file complaints. This is my first complaint in a long time. Maybe I'm spoiled by actually getting what I order, since you seem to think that's an unusual experience. So a transaction that goes the way it's supposed to is unusual, and I should be grateful, rather than a bad transaction is the exception, and I should be upset?
Where do YOU shop? I never want to go there.
