Receiving the wrong food twice.
Hair on your food.
Undercooked fish and a rubber chicken?
Please tell me you took the opportunity to bring these to his attention when he corrected your bill.
I would never eat food I didn't order (twice in one visit). To me you needed to speak up before you left.
I know a kitchen person at Red Lobster. He tells me the fish that arrives on the trucks looks bad BEFORE it is stored and cooked. I don't eat there.
