Guys -

Christmas is a Christian Holiday. To take Christ out of Christmas is wrong. If we water down Christmas just to be "inclusive", and everyone expects we should, why not step on everyone else's religion as well? Christians are constantly asked to be more tolerant - but is Islam tolerant? Does Chanukah have a place for Christians? Of course not! Everyone's religion is exclusive - not inclusive!

People are upset because a traditionally Christian Holiday is being de-christianized. If Christians attempted to do the same to anyone else's holiday or holy day - we'd pay a price.

One last note - Christians are not isolating themselves - others are isolating Christians. Anyone else who stands up for what they believe is applauded. Yet, when a Christian becomes passionate about what they believe - they are called bigots and intolerant in-breeders.

Some of us are NOT afraid - nor will we back down from our belief in Jesus. If my Merry Christmas greeting offends you - then be offended! Grow up. Some things in life may offend you. "Merry Christmas" offends you - but "Happy Chanukah" or a direct reference to a different religion does not offend you - then who is being intolerant?

Your labels don't scare us. Why don't you label other fundamentalist groups? You say we should understand them - why don't you ever try to understand Christians? Respect and equality - norms you espouse - dictate that you should respect all equally.
