I agree! Somehow ALL the germs fall off the food and the place is able to pass a health inspection if the food is FREE!

I would have told the employee to wash their hands, get some gloves, get new wings out and start over again.

Although I am not familiar with this particular location, a lot of these places have members of "Management" that are still in high school and sometimes the responsibility and/or maturity to operate a business is just not there.
