I would wait until you hear back before you write them off. If you don't hear back in a reasonable amount of time call and ask to speak with the owner if it is a franchise.

If you ordered from them before and had no problem and Brewer is as small as it appears to be on the map, they are cutting their nose off to spite their face by refusing your business IMHO.
