I don't think you're entitled to get your money back. You tried a new product, found that it didn't work, so now you know.

I have three cats and two litter boxes that I clean twice a day, and I have found that since Tidy Cat started to blend some of those blue crystals in with their clumping cat litter, the litter doesn't clump as well as it used to. I don't think you can even get a TC brand cat litter w/out the crystals in it anymore, so I guess it's time to start trying out new litters (well, to let my cats try it, anyway). Too bad, since TC was the best thing on the market for so darn long.
