I wish anyone that manages or works at a David's Bridal would read these notes. Between my daughter and her bridal party, we have experienced the same horrible service and attitude from 3 different locations! Novi, Grand Rapids and Lansing - they are all in serious need of customer service training. One example was from just last week when my daughter went in for a final fitting only to find that the bow above the bustle of her gown was extremely unlevel. It is just a matter of a couple of tiny hooks. When my daughter asked about it, the SEAMSTRESS (we are using that term lightly) actually asked her if she wanted it straight.
I called the Novi store to ask for a tiny swatch of fabric to match the color of the dresses to. I was told this could not be done over the phone because they cost $1.00. We are spending thousands, however we cannot have a 1 inch square of fabric. I was so upset all I could do was laugh. The woman on the phone had no idea why I found this so unbelievable.
I would never ever send anyone I care about to David's Bridal for anything. They are clueless and rude.
