I think your complaint is extremely valid and I hope that somebody has rectified the situation by now. I would have been absolutely livid. I think about the time that Walgreen's refused to give me the name/number of the service they used I would have whipped out my cell phone and at least threatened to call the police. It is absolutely Walgreen's responsibility to rectify the situation, regardless as to whether they did this themselves or hired a 3rd party who did it.
