you shouldn't be getting involved. It is her employment and her fight to take on - not yours.
Secondly, posting publicly on a website like this is not the best way to handle a situation like this. If it turns out she was wrongly terminated, no attorney is going to want hre (or you) posting things about the situaiton on the Internet for anyone to read.
Your intentions, while admirable, could wind up causing more damage than good.
