Daniel E.,

The issues you decribe with Capital One plus the two other letters you have authored are not going in your favor because for each new credit request,request for a limit increase or for a lower APR these companies check your credit report. In doing so each is seeing the other inquiries and arrive at the comclusion that the other companies might meet your request and in doing so increase your available credit which comes as a major concern when they do an available credit to income calculation (ratio).

As far as your request to remove your "blemish" from 3 years ago. That will not happen. That is important information and will be a part of your report for 7 years.
