I have to say that I feel the letter is much too long - there has to be somewhere that you can cut it down.
Please let us know if you are reimbursed for everything. I feel like they might say that the amount spent was too much to reimburse. I would imagine that there would be laundry facilities on the premises if they're needed, so why keep buying multiples of different items of clothing and swimsuits? I am confused.
