I'm not sure how Best Western factors in, as they are not affiliated with Comfort Inn or Choice Hotels in any fashion.

That aside, I agree with most of your complaint. The breakfast person was completely out of line, and the dirty pool, poor fitting sheets, etc., are examples of how the hotel is simply not kept up as it should be.

Did you bring these complaints to the attention of the staff at the time? At the hotel where I work, most complaints are able to be immediately resolved by line-level employees. I often times hear complaints from guests and I wish they would have told us as soon as they had an issue so the issue could be corrected.

All Comfort Inn locations are independently owned and operated, so I would try and find out who owns this location. If it is a management company, I would contact them too.
