So you are blaming Best Buy because there were at least 200 people in front of you in line? They had the number of televisions that they said they would but unfortunately you got there too late. What makes you think that 15 of the 200 people in front of you wouldn't have taken the tickets? Next time you would have to get there earlier. I can't understand why you are blaming them for this?
