I had placed an order for a comforter set and had ordered it the 9th of Dec. 2011, on the 21st I contacted Bass Pro due to the fact it was a Christmas gift, they told me that due to it being shipped from the factory they had no idea where my pakage was and assured me I would be getting it by the 24th, On Dec. 31 I contacted Bass Pro once again and they told me the same spill, today 01/03/12 I get a call from Bass Pro and they tell me they r sorry that my pakage was apparently not shipped by the factory, but they would be happy to place the order again and would give me a $15.00 credit, I was estatitic that they were going to give me a whole $15.00 to make up for my ruined Christmas,I told them to keep their money,and to refund mine asap,so I will be waiting to see if they can get that right. My advice DO NOT ORDER anything from bass pro that has to be shipped from the factory, they use Mickey Mouse factories to order from, and hope it gets to you if not they will give you $15.00.
