You DO know that most malls have TONS of common spaces where you can wait, and in some cases even SIT and wait for other shoppers?

Customer or not, that is Sprint's space that they pay the mall rent for. You were loitering as you werent making a purchase and weren't being served. They had every right to ask you to move elsewhere.

If your home was convenient for a neighbor to stand in your living room to watch her husband while he mowed the lawn, would you tolerate that?
