don't mind the wait for good service

Today, I got off the phone after about 75 mins total to get my uncle's Verizon email account unblocked. I brought a book with me and got some good reading done.

Similar to your experience, the CSR was patient, was not rushing, and was helpful with fixing a few other details on the account as well. I knew I had to wait because of the other customers that also needed help, and I was happy with the technical assistance provided.

I've posted a couple of critical comments about Verizon and the run-around on the account side of things, but I can't fault their technical service on this encounter.
