Not doing what you agreed to.

It is obvious to me that Dish Network allows their representatives to say anything and agree (verbally on the phone to get one to sign up for Dish TV.) The first rep. lied about the amt. that would be charged to my credit card immediately. She said "one dollar just to establish that the credit card was valid)" they charged a full months payment immediately. In-addition the e-mail they sent did not have the correct monthly amt. for the pkg. or our agreement. The second e-mail did not have it corrected also. I also talked to two people in customer service, also to try and get this corrected. After the last one did not solve the problems I told her I was no longer interested and to cancel.
MARK I DO NOT WISH TO DEAL WITH A CO. THAT DOES THE ABOVE. FOLKS BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU READ THE TWO YR COMMITMENT CONTRACT.
