no bank is going to pay you back on gas or "business loss". I know it's annoying but... they have no way to quantify how much business you may have lost.

not to mention it may also be in the account policy stating that they are not responsible for that.


i can only suggest ... if you're using debit then you may want to consider also obtaining the funds from the bank if you have a branch there.


now granted i think that sucks what happened and i've ditched banks for stuff like that. but ... the only way you're going to be able to force them to pay you what you think they owe you is to file a lawsuit. and that's only if you win.
