Never heard of this restaurant, but I do know around here there are several places that get extreemly busy around lunch and it woudlnt be uncommon to wait over an hour for food.

I know one lunch place if you call them up between 11:30 and 12:30 even for pickup the wait time could be an hour.

I hate to tell you but if the restaurant is so busy they are turning people away they are not losing money, they are a money machine.
