wow you learn something new everyday. I guess that employee was having a really bad day, and assumed that her pay would go down due to the negligence of the LR.
What do you do in this instance? Its a strange law that could be circumvented by people ordering in the drive thru and then going inside to eat. Though how many times does that really happen.
anyway...regardless the employee should have just kept her mouth shut and went about her job. No reason to get pissy.
As for the money back, why? You ate your meal there was nothing wrong with it.
