I have 4 daughters, ages 11 to 24, and used Playtex bottles for all 4, almost exclusively when I used bottles. The 11 year old used bottles that I had bought for her sisters many years earlier- and not once in all these years have I ever had one crack. What exactly did you do to them? I ran mine through the dishwasher, handwashed, dropped them, - never had a problem. Did you know Playtex has a "contact us" link on their website? I'm sure if you are unhappy with the bottles, they will be happy to exchange them for you or refund your money, as they have a great reputation.
