To be honest - I'm not familiar with any glow-in-the-dark product that glows for 6 hours. Except for that stuff that Luminox uses that glows for 25 years.

I mean sure I've seen glow paint and glow tape - we used them in the Navy to mark exits for emergencies. But they both fade after a couple of hours in the dark.


My own advice - if you want to have your camper steps glowing in the dark for safety, use either glow-tape or solar lights. (the solar lights will of course last much longer - 6-8 hours unless it's been dark with rain all day long).

In fact solar lights can work in jars too. I put solar lights into a glass lantern to make it look like i have a "jar of stars" at night.
