I can 100% confirm with you, the only call center in Miami is the one that deals with escalations. If you ask them where they are based out of or their call center is and they say anywhere in Florida, it's usually a flat out lie.

They have call centers in South America, India, Spain and a few other out of the way places.

Even if you get a rep that speaks ok English, I can tell you they are still not in the U.S.. Their call center in Florida is not used when you call their normal TracFone support number.

Do a simple Google search. You'll see, their support is horribly ranked. And their call centers are based out of the United States except that one in Florida which only deals with escalations and not normal support or activation issues.
