Because you have a debt to Verizon you can't get your own contract - over a bill that you "dispute"

Subsequently you've been on two contracts that other people have owned. Both times the owner kicked you off the plan. Which they can legally do as the contract-owner.



I'm not seeing where they owe you anything. You claim you're disputing a bill but you haven't really said what it's over and why you're disputing it. (note that "disputing" does not mean "don't have to pay").



And you're not really a loyal customer. Actually you're not their customer at all. Not according to their records at least. In their records you owe them money. Riding on someone else's account because you dispute a bill does not say "loyal customer".


They don't have to rectify anything since they didn't do anything wrong.
