I agree, Check the bag. I doubt they are maliciously screwing up your order, They are most likely wimpy incompetent. Realize that they don't realize the orders are screwed up. They think it's perfect, and the errors are the result of accidents or oversight. If you ask if the straws are in there, can you really believe that the response will be "thanks so much for reminding me, here they are!" ?
