I'm not a big fan of Target return policy but it is VERY straight forward and clearly posted. They do make exceptions sometimes if the deem it nessecary (I've had it happen) but I don't see how it really was in this case. How do you walk in a store with something from that store and no reciept? What if security had stopped you and accused you of stealing? You had ZERO proof that you weren't.
