The problem you're going to face now is that... now that you've already left it will be hard to prove your story.


It's always harder to complain about a restaurant after you've left. If the food is already eaten then it's hard to tell if it was bad. And in your case you say you didn't eat it but it's hard to prove that now that it's over & done with.


I see you say that the owner agreed with the manager. that can happen. owners aren't obliged to agree with complaints.


if you still want your money back... you may want to consider paying a lawyer to press your case.

but as others have said, it's something best done right then and there.


cos yes, you say you didn't want to be embarrass your family but... if you're already being kicked out the damage is done. might as well stand your ground on the bill if they are trying to charge you for food they won't let you eat
