Those are the LICENSE AGREEMENTS. Yes you HAVE to accept them if you want to use the computer.


EVERY computer you buy will come with those.



Now there's some that you don't have to agree with.
- Dell's information gathering agreement. You can pick "cancel". It will ask you if you really mean it and just click continue to move on.

- the antivirus. it comes with free stuff for 6 months. you can pick "no"



Can't remember anything else for dell, except the "Dell datasafe" which you need to complete. seriously burn those recovery discs
