Seriously?

This is literally the same thing as asking the government to ban peanuts because some people are allergic to them.

Lactose isn't a health issue. Most people can digest it just fine.

If you're lactose intolerant, I'm sorry. I truly am. But it's your job to monitor what you're eating; not the government's.

Likewise, we won't be banning peanuts from the planet just because some people can't eat them either.
