Sounds like you are frustrated with the new pharmacist at Supervalu Inc.

Is there someone in charge, who is over this particular pharmasist, that you could speak to at Supervalu regarding your problems with him or her?

If so, then that person can adress your problems with that particular pharmacist. Then hopefully things will improve, & you will not have to switch pharmacies.
