Sounds exactly like my experience at the Dollar Tree. However, this was one incident, and I still shop there. I agree, not being greeted, AT LEAST, by anyone, is a bit annoying when you walk into a store. All I expect is a nice "hello!" at some point during my shopping experience.

I think it's a bit extreme to say you won't shop at Petsmart ever again. Maybe this was just one time you weren't greeted; I don't think it should make you decide to not shop there anymore.
