I dunno about this one. Have you been greeted every other time you've been there? Being greeted is a nice touch, but I'm not sure I'd consider not being greeted to be EXTREME RUDENESS (with three exclamation marks!!!)

Some stores usually greet, some stores rarely/never do. But, like I said, if you take failure to greet as a personal affront of the highest order, maybe your service expectations are a little too high. It's a store mass-market national chain store, not grandma's house.
