"..I was NOT greeted or told "Welcome To Petsmart"..." My goodness. Why are you wasting your time here. We are talking MAJOR lawsuit!!!
And I would assume they even failed to give you the free complimentary manicure when you actually entered the store???
"..She DID NOT even tell me to have a nice day like she is PAID to do.." I always feel incredibly slighted when the PAID 'have a nice day' in not verbally forwarded toward me. I sulk for days, then write PFB.
"..the cashier did NOT ask me if I found everything all right in the store.." That phrase I absolutely HATE if I am in line behind you. If you didn't find everything, then why are you still shopping while in the checkout line, and making ME and everyone else wait longer yet? Customer service? NO, not to the others waiting in line.
I'm sorry, but this is one of the most "Me, me, me" letters I've ever read on PFB. So sad...
