everyone must remember, "The customer is always right, even when he or she may be wrong". We the customers must be welcomed, and made to feel at home when we enter a store, since we are your guests and without us customers, there would be no stores. All store employees should remember that you have to treat your customers right or we can take our business elsewhere.
