Personally, I don't like to be stalked in stores. I feel umcomfertable when I'm asked for the 18th time if I need help. How many people were in the store other than you? What were the workers doing? If they were stocking shelves then it's not their job to say hello. If they were with a customer then they're too busy. What if you were talking to a represenative when another person walked by and your represenative turned away from you and asked the other person if they needed help? Would you complain then or would you think it was good customer service? Is this the only time it has happened? I mean, if you've gone there so many times and this is the only time it has happened, then you know that it is not the normal attitude of the employees.
