You should get credited once they receive the phone back into the wharehouse. Give it two weeks after you send it in. But it is only when they receive the phone and the credits take up to two billing cycles to appear on your bill. If the phone is lost in transit there is nothing that they can do. You have to keep calling in to check on it.
I take it you have had the phone past the 30 days to have to go through the warranty dept for exchange.
Something I have learned is that all Motorola phones have this charging problem. You have to try a different battery and charger to determine if the problem is with the phone or the accessories. The accessory warranty is a whole different story.
After about three months you 'should' have everything straightened out. I understand your frustration on this, but this is going to take some time to straighten out.
