Diana, why not be honest about the real reason you are making such a fuss? You not only want the stroller for free, but you want them to bow down and kiss your feet to keep you as a customer. You know darn well there is absolutely nothing Target can do to recover your list, so what else could you possibly want from them, if not free stuff?

Instead of the two hours you and your husband spent picking out gifts being a time of joy and excitement, you make it sound like it was more of a chore and inconvenience because you have no time to spare, as you are so busy being pregnant. It shouldn't take you another two hours to make the list online, as I'm sure you have some memory of what you requested in the first place. In the time it took you to write this letter, you could have been half done redoing the list, in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

I strongly suggest that you start realizing mistakes are a part of life, otherwise your child is going to have a very tough time growing up.
