I once took a Saturn test drive for a $500 shopping spree for a major home product maker. I got my gift card, and looked on their web page, and loaded up on my shopping cart $499 of products, hit the ship tab and up came a message that the products I could use the gift card, but not the shipping. Not a problem, however shipping for my order came up to $250. a average of $49.99 for each of the products I picked, some items the shipping was more than the cost of the product. I called my local Saturn dealer and explained, that no where in their card did it say I had to pay this extremely high shipping, until you were ready to order. His response, you don't get anything in life for free. So I told them to refund my deposit for the car that I had wanted to buy and took my businesses to Jeep!!! Lesson learned...
