My heart goes out to people in Africa who are suffering of mal-nourishment. The conditions that many have to live in over there are deplorable. I pray regularly that those people would find the food that they desperately need not to be comfortably full, but to stay alive. Having said that, that is not the point here. I was expressing my frustration with the lack of quality service that was provided to me. The fact is that an hour and a 1/2-2 hour wait for pizza delivery is simply not acceptable by normal pizza delivery standards. Matt, you're right to inject some perspective, but you're missing the point. I think most of us would agree that the frustrations people express on this site pale in comparison to issues in many other places throughout the world. Customer service in this country has however taken a nose dive in recent years, and I for one appreciate the ability to vent my frustrations to the company in question and whoever else will listen to me.
