I feel your pain.
An an AX member dating back to 1975 I have worked very hard to maintain my accounts and credit rating too.
That being said I am not an expert on the topic, do not work for AX, their subsidiaries or their competition.
I do however think that your issue is with Experian who submits data to Credit Card Co. who rely on this data to be factual and timely.
I would congitate with your attorney and see what you can do about rolling your problems with your AX line of credit caused by Experian into your case.
