Did you tell the greeter that you were making a payment that was in accordance with a special arrangement I assume you made with Verizon customer service? Did you ask the greeter exactly what he/she meant by "ASAP"? And if we're talking about a first paycheck from a new job, are you positive that the bank made the funds available the minute you made the deposit?
In the future, if you want your letters to be taken seriously, you might want to consider cleaning up your language as HELL and ASS are not terms usually associated with a professional letter.
