Seriously, if we feel like we have to tiptoe around all our responses so we don't ruffle the feathers of the letter writers, this site will lose a lot of it's appeal. I do think we need to be respectful, but that shouldn't stop us from expressing our honest opinions.

I believe the members of PFB are going to find a middle ground that will please everyone, and becoming aware of the problem in the first place is an excellent start. I've already noticed the difference.
