Thats interesting. I will say that I have often sent letters of compliment to companies but you know what? Rarely does a company respond in such a case. Its kind of disapointing that they dont take the time to address a compliment. Not even a quick "Thanks for taking the time to let us know you like our product!" It happens a lot. And often I find myself thinking that there isnt any point in letting a company know when I am satisfied with them because it doesnt seem to matter. I dont expect anything...just acknowledgement. So that might be a reason why a lot of people dont bother.

However, I just wanted to say that I have enjoyed using Amazon.com although I dont order from them often. But almost always, before I buy something I am not sure about, I go there and look it up and check out the ratings on it. And I really like that.
