Reading is such a lost art.

I agree with you. I have walked out of stores, disappointed and ticked off, because of a language barrier. It's not that I received poor service, but it's frustrating when I can't communicate with the person who is supposed to help me.

However, I don't think it is Wal Mart's responsibility to educate this man in the English language. I believe English should be the declared language of this country, and if someone wants to live here they should know how to speak English clearly. Not fluently, but good enough so that a decent conversation can be held without one person continually trying to decipher what the other is saying.
