I think Chanel should appreciate your feedback on their product. But every high-end makeup counter I know of is quite generous with taking back products that didn't leave you satisfied. Go back to the makeup counter and tell them the problem. At the very least, they will likely exchange your mascara for something else. It could be that this mascara is too heavy for your lashes.

But what it really comes down to, all these claims the mascara makers are making in their commercials are probably bull. Those celebrities you see with insanely long and thick lashes are wearing false eyelashes.
