(1)
Intuit: Quicken, their product, does not do what they say it does, constantly goes berserk by doing the wrong things, and not because I pressed the wrong keys. Their customer support staff are, with one exception, the most ineffeficient and ineffective staff people I have ever encountered. The exception is one man who admitted frankly the program had many bugs, and then helped to fix some of them--but far from all!

(2) Intuit: Quicken, as above.

(3) Dell, because they give poor support, and, worse, they cheat on the price they say they are going to charge, elevate it, and then claim innocence.
