What a wonderful letter!

I LOVED Melting Pot when I lived in South Florida. I now live where there aren't any yet, but I look forward to the day one does open in the area. It's awefully expensive, but worth it! A "mommy" group I belonged to used to go there a few times a year. If we were splitting a full meal with one person, it cost about $40/person. We got to the point where we would order just the appitizers (cheese with apples, breads etc) and desserts. We would order 2 to 4 appitizers and 3 or 4 desserts depending upon the number of people in our group. It ended up costing closer to $25/person that way and we enjoyed it just as much. The dessert was the best part anyway. Most of our husbands wouldn't take us there, so we would take ourselves=-) As my husband says, why would I pay to cook my own food!
